If a cancellation is made within the allowed free cancellation period, you may receive a full refund, subject to the payment gateway and the hotel's policy. Conversely, cancellations made after the free cancellation window may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of a portion or the entire booking amount. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable within the jurisdiction where Hotelofferspot operates, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the region in which our principal place of business is located.
By using our Service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of said courts.
